Holy Astans of the Infallible Imams (A.S.) are the Soft Power of the Islamic World

Assistant of Islamic Relations and Propagation of Astan Quds Razavi said, “Holy Astans and shrines of the Infallible Imams (A.S.) are the soft power of the Islamic World whose spiritual capacities should be employed.”

According to news from Astan Quds Razavi website,Hujjat al-Islam Seyed Jalal Husseini in his meeting with Ayatollah Sheikh ZiauddinZein al-Din, Custodian of Imam Ali (A.S.) holy shrine, and a group of personnel, engineers, and architects of the Alawi holy shrinereferring to the advantages of the increased relations between the holy Astans of the Infallible Imams (A.S.) asserted, “Holy Astans of the Infallible Imams (A.S.) are the soft powers of the Islamic world and custodians of these sacred premises should try to make use of the spiritual capacities through increasing the interactions so that the high goals of Islam could be realized.”

He considered unity as the most essential need of the Islamic world today and remarked, “Today the Islamic world is indeed in need of unity more than ever; we live in an age that the world imperialism has engaged in a war against the Muslims so openly and viciously has plottedthe formation of terroristic and deviated groups such as DAESH trying to harm the unity of Muslims.”

Assistant of Islamic Relations and Propagation of Astan Quds Razavi stressed, “The imperialism tries to get realized itsominous, evil, and colonial objectives throughdivision policy between Sunni and Shi’a; but Muslims should beware and try to preserve their unity centralized on the holy Astans of the Infallible Imams (A.S.).”

Referring to the insurgents’ crimes in Iraq, Hujjat al-Islam Husseini reiterated, “Faithful and insightful people of Iraq are certainly able to overcome also this situation using the directions of the Shi’ite religious authorities and cut the crimes of DAESH and Takfiri groups.”

Assistant of Islamic Relations and Propagation of Astan Quds Razavi recounted necessary the formation of a powerful cultural front against the sinister plots of the world imperialists adding, “There is a heavy responisibility laid on the holy Astans as to foil such plots by provoking unity, solidarity, and cooperation in ideological capacities.”

Noting also to the achievements of Astan Quds Razavi after the Islamic revolution, he asserted, “We thank God that due to establishment of the Islamic Order, wise directions of the Supreme Leader of the revolution, and competent management of the grand Custodian of Astan Quds Razavi, Ayatollah WaizTabasi, the holy shrine of Imam Reza (A.S.) today has turned into one of the largest and the most effective pilgrimage-cultural centers in the world.”

“Today Astan Quds Razavi is leading in different educational, research, cultural, academic, sport, media, artistic, industrial, etc. domains and is able to transfer its valuable experiences to other holy Astans of the Infallible Imams (A.S.)”, he added.

Referring to the recent trip of a delegation dispatched from Astan Quds Razavi to the Alawi Astan Quds, Hujjat al-Islam Husseini said, “In our trip to Iraq and visiting the sacred premises along with some colleagues we could see the resolution and serious management in the authorities of Iraq holy Astans and especially of the Alawi Astan Quds.”
